About
Every person deserves the right to feel supported and held with empathetic guidance in the therapy setting, a holistic, person-centred approach that encourages the expression of your true self.
What is Transpersonal Art Therapy?
Art therapy uses creative modalities as a powerful tool for self-expression, communication and self-exploration. This may include art making, drawing, painting, clay work, writing, poetry or even movement. We explore with curiosity and non-judement to uncover insights, personal growth and ultimately help to improve overall wellbeing.
Transpersonal translates to ‘beyond the ego’, this holistic approach to therapy encompasses all aspects of being. Through working in this way we can move beyond limited beliefs of the self and connect to deeper levels of truth, meaning, and expression as we journey towards healing.
You don’t need to be good at art to do art therapy, art is simply the vehicle of expression that carries messages and meaning from the inner world into the outer world, allowing the soul to speak without the mind’s chatter.
Meet Sarah

“It is my intention to hold a safe space for exploration and expression through creativity and movement. My goal is for people to feel heard and seen, held and guided through the process. I walk by your side as we move towards healing. This is the work that I so solidly know I am here to do.”
I enjoy a chat, and honestly love what I do. Do you feel curious about my offerings or about Art Therapy in general? I’m here for it, reach out and I will get back to you to answer any questions.
