SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING
Offering $10 domestic shipping across Australia for all print artworks. Original artwork shipping will vary depending on the weight and size of each piece. This will be automatically added at the checkout.

PACKAGING
Your artwork is packed with care and love. We try to be as sustainable as possible, making as little impact on the environment as we can. For this reason, A5 and A4 pieces are shipped flat, in compostable, biodegradable cello bags. These are different from plastic cellophane and are usually made from cellulose derived from wood, cotton, or hemp. A backing card is placed in the bag with the artwork for protection and this is shipped in a recycled paper or card mailer. A3 or larger paper works are rolled and shipped in tubes. Original stretched canvas artworks (framed or unframed) may be wrapped for protection.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, STUDIO — Espe is only shipping within Australia. If you would like to purchase a piece and have it delivered outside of Australia, please contact me here and I can arrange special international shipping to you, based on your countries fees. Please note that the shipping cost for international items will not include taxes or duties that may be incurred.

SHIPPING TIMES
Unframed or already framed orders are shipped within 2-5 working days following the placement of the order. If you have requested your piece to be framed, please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for the framing process.

SHIPPING METHOD
Orders are shipped through Australia Post with the regular mail service. Express shipping can be purchased – please let me know via the contact form if you would like to request this.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of producing original artworks and Copyright and reproduction, we do not offer refunds or returns on art sales. If your piece arrived damaged or you have another reason to return an artwork other than changing your mind, feel free to contact me and I’ll assess if I’m able to arrange something. In this case, you must contact Studio Espe within 3 days of receiving the item.
